Alphachips plans 1-for-1 bonus share issue, doubling shares

Alphachips will conduct a 1-for-1 bonus share issue, doubling its common shares to 13,323,484. The record date is Oct. 22, 2026, with new shares to list on Nov. 19, 2026. The issue will be funded from share premium totaling KRW 3.33 billion.
