Wooyang HC terminates KRW 3 bln treasury stock buyback trust

Wooyang HC terminated a KRW 3 billion treasury-share acquisition trust early on Oct. 7, citing completion of the buyback. The trust acquired 290,649 common shares, equal to 1.97% of shares outstanding at the filing date.
