AeroSpace Technology of Korea: Alpha Aero cuts stake to 72.91%

Alpha Aero reduced its holding in AeroSpace Technology of Korea to 72.91% from 79.90%, totaling 53,673,703 shares, following a 10-for-1 share consolidation. Voting-share holdings dropped to 22,173,703 shares, or 52.65% of outstanding voting shares. The changes were attributed to sales by a co-holder, the share consolidation, and the removal of affiliates after exiting creditor-bank oversight.
