GIC Private sells $710.71 million Medline shares

GIC Private sold Medline Class A common stock across Oct. 2-6, cutting direct holdings to 16,453,806 shares. Hux Investment also sold shares, leaving 77,225,493 shares held indirectly. Disposals totaled 20,678,630 shares.
