SmartCentres prices CAD 450 million senior unsecured debenture offering

SmartCentres priced a CAD 450 million senior unsecured debenture offering, split between new Series AE maturing Jan. 15, 2032, and a re-opening of Series AC maturing June 12, 2029. Net proceeds will be used for refinancing, credit facility and mortgage repayment, and general corporate purposes.
