SmartCentres REIT Prices $450M in Debentures

SmartCentres priced $300 million of 4.795% Series AE debentures due 2032 and $150 million re-opening of Series AC due 2029. The offering is expected to close on or about October 14, 2026. Proceeds will be used to refinance debt, repay credit lines and mortgages.
