Rheinmetall delivers AERIE counter-drone system prototype within 12 months

Rheinmetall and Praetorian Aeronautics partnered to deliver a prototype containerized counter-drone system within 12 months under a joint Australian R&D program. The AERIE system fits a 20-foot ISO container and houses more than 20 interceptors, targeting rapid deployment, reload and mobility. Full operator demonstrations are scheduled for Q4 2026.
