Terra Clean Energy Corp. closed an oversubscribed private placement of 17,342,257 units at $0.14 for gross proceeds of approximately $2.43M. Each unit includes a share and a warrant exercisable at $0.22 for three years. Net proceeds will fund capex and working capital.
