QuasarEdge Acquisition Amends Robseek Merger Terms

QuasarEdge Acquisition and Robseek have amended their merger agreement. Key changes include that each QRED right will convert into one-fourth of one Purchaser share at closing, the Purchaser will adopt a single-class share structure, and a new lock-up is introduced.
