ChronoScale Director Scott Davis Resigns Post-Ekso Sale

Scott Davis has resigned from ChronoScale's board, effective October 3, 2026. This decision followed the sale of Ekso. Upon his departure, Davis received vested RSUs and a lump-sum cash payment.
