Sixty Six Capital Inc. to raise K33 fee, appoint Treasury Officer

Sixty Six Capital Inc. will amend its K33 agreement, increasing the annual management fee from CAD$200,000 to approximately CAD$330,000 effective around October 8, 2026. The company also plans to appoint Vetle Lunde as Treasury Officer, with any trading authority subject to policy and board oversight.
