Avventura Resources, Stage Capital Sign Amalgamation Deal

Avventura Resources has signed a definitive amalgamation agreement to acquire Stage Capital through a three-cornered amalgamation. The deal is contingent upon securing $500,000 to $750,000 in financing and obtaining regulatory and shareholder approvals by December 1, 2026.
