Rhinebeck Bank CFO Nihill, others not have change-in-control agreements renewed

Rhinebeck Bank has informed certain employees, including Executive Vice President and CFO Kevin Nihill, that their change-in-control agreements will not be renewed and will expire on December 31, 2027.
