Pyxis Tankers agreed a 24-month time charter with CITGO for Pyxis Lamda at $31,000/day, to start after drydocking post-Nov 20, 2026. The deal is expected to generate ~$21.8M net revenue and ~$7.7M annualized EBITDA, with ~$0.27 incremental EPS annually vs the prior rate.
