Sysco Closes $14.65B, €1.0B Notes Offering To Fund Jetro Acquisition

Sysco Corporation has closed public offerings of $14.65 billion and €1.0 billion in notes. The company intends to use the proceeds to pay a portion of the cash consideration for its pending acquisition of Jetro Restaurant Depot, or to redeem the notes if the deal is not completed.
