IES Holdings Expands Credit Facility to $700 Million

IES Holdings has amended its credit agreement to increase its total borrowing capacity to $700 million, consisting of a $200 million term loan and a $500 million revolving credit facility. Wells Fargo Bank is the administrative agent for the syndicate of lenders.
