NYC sues Manhattan law firm over alleged bogus injury suits

The city of New York has sued a Manhattan law firm for allegedly filing fraudulent slip-and-fall lawsuits against it, accusing the firm of violating federal anti-racketeering law. The city cited 15 allegedly fraudulent lawsuits in its complaint filed in Manhattan federal court.
