GoGo AI Network completes Algo8 spin-out, resulting issuer gains conditional CSE listing

GoGo AI Network Inc. has finalized its plan of arrangement to spin out its Algo8 stake into a new entity. This resulting issuer has also acquired the remaining Algo8 interests and has received conditional approval from the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) to list its shares.
