Conduent Amends Deal to Sell Transit Business for $164M

Conduent has amended its Equity Interest Purchase Agreement with Modaxo France Holdings to finalize the sale of its public transit and fare collection business for $164 million. The amendment designates Modaxo France Holdings as the sole buyer.
