NFT Limited priced a registered direct offering of 1,890,000 units at $1.35 per unit for gross proceeds of approximately $2.55 million. Each unit includes one share (or pre-funded warrant) and one five-year warrant with a $1.35 exercise price. Closing is expected October 7, 2026, subject to conditions.
