Nebius Group N.V. (NASDAQ: NBIS ) is strengthening its position in AI infrastructure as rising cloud-compute demand, higher GPU pricing and expanded inference capabilities support its growth outlook. BNP Paribas Sees Significant Upside BNP Paribas recently upgraded Nebius to Outperform from Neutral and raised its price forecast to $399 from $260. The firm said its outlook for the company has "meaningfully improved" since initiating coverage in June.

BNP Paribas said Nebius could approach $22 billion in annual recurring revenue by the end of 2027 and believes the company's 2027 guidance could trigger a "material reset" to current estimates. NBIS has also outperformed some AI infrastructure peers. The stock has gained almost 200% in 2026, compared with an almost 30% gain for CoreWeave, Inc. (NASDAQ: CRWV ) and a 9% gain for IREN Limited (NASDAQ: IREN ).

The main growth drivers remain AI cloud demand, higher GPU pricing, infrastructure expansion and inference services, while continued access to scarce computing capacity will remain critical to sustaining that momentum.
