FinCEN Withdraws Proposed Crypto Rules on Mixers and Unhosted Wallets

The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) has withdrawn two proposed rules concerning transactions involving unhosted crypto wallets and convertible virtual currency mixing. The proposals had been in place for a considerable time without finalization.
