Alzinova Rights Issue 80.4% Subscribed, ~SEK 41.0M Proceeds

Alzinova AB (publ) reported a preliminary 80.4% subscription to its rights issue, generating approximately SEK 41.0M before costs. Underwriting is not anticipated, and full exercise of TO5/TO6 warrants could add up to SEK 162.8M.
