Invesco Bond Income Plus Limited Issues 250K Shares

Invesco Bond Income Plus Limited has issued and allotted 250,000 ordinary shares at 168.34p each, under its block listing, to meet secondary demand. The total number of shares in issue has now risen to 296,884,911. The new shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares.
