Trucking Fleets Unlikely to Use 'Red Diesel' Tax Deferral

Large trucking operators are unlikely to take advantage of the federal tax deferral for on-road use of dyed diesel due to complications, according to GasBuddy's head of petroleum analysis Patrick De Haan.
