Strabag-led consortium named preferred bidder for EUR 2.9 bln D35 motorway PPP

Consortium selected as preferred bidder for the Czech Republic’s largest transport PPP on the D35 corridor. Project covers about 52 km, including a 35.4 km new-build between Opatovec and Mohelnice, valued at about EUR 2.9 billion (present value of availability payments). Financial close expected by end-2026; construction slated to start by end-2026 under a 28-year PPP contract.
