Petros Petropoulos signs MoU to buy Ismailos vehicle sales and service business for EUR 21 million

Petros Petropoulos SA signed a memorandum of understanding to acquire the vehicle sales and after-sales operations of A. Ismailos, an authorized Toyota distributor and repairer in Greece since 2025. The target business has also been an authorized Mercedes-Benz distributor and repairer in Attica since 1990. The deal is valued at EUR 21 million, subject to due diligence, supplier consents, and potential competition clearance. In 2025, consolidated revenue from the operations totaled EUR 124,350,000.
