Woonhave NV agrees to buy 113 rental homes in Breda

Woonhave NV signed a purchase agreement for 113 rental homes in the De Faam redevelopment in Breda, including 80 mid-market apartments, 23 market-rate apartments, and 10 market-rate homes. Construction for one of the apartment buildings is scheduled to start in Q1 2027, with completion in summer 2029.
