MolinaCares Accord grants $50,000 to boost Southern Arizona direct care workforce

The MolinaCares Accord has granted $50,000 to United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona to fund its Direct Care Workforce Resource Program. The grant aims to address the shortage of in-home care workers in Pima County, supporting nearly 200 candidates with training and pre-employment requirements.
