JLL brokers $79 million sale of New Jersey apartment property

JLL brokered the $79 million sale of Avenue & Green, a 232-unit luxury apartment property in Woodbridge, New Jersey. Prism Capital Partners and Northwestern Mutual sold the property to Pantzer, which renamed it The Point Woodbridge.
