Baltic dry bulk index falls to six-week low

The Baltic Exchange's dry bulk freight index fell to a six-week low on Tuesday, weighed down by a drop in capesize rates. The main index lost 68 points, or 2.2%, to 3,002 points. The capesize index lost 195 points, or 4%, to 4,638 points.
