Nexentis Amends Warrants to Achieve Equity Classification

Nexentis Technologies amended and restated outstanding warrants to remove liability-classification features and achieve equity accounting. The changes cover warrants associated with the L.I.A. Pure Capital loan facility and those issued in private placements.
