BioLife Solutions shareholders approve merger with Repligen

BioLife Solutions Inc. shareholders voted to adopt the merger agreement with Repligen Corp. on Oct. 5, 2026. An advisory resolution on merger-related compensation and a resolution to allow adjournment of the meeting were also approved.
