Alight: 45% of US employees worry savings won't last

Alight research found 45% of U.S. employees are worried their money or savings will not last, worsening financial stress. High financial wellbeing workers are 20 percentage points more likely to report being always or often productive. Additionally, 55% of low financial wellbeing employees are open to other job opportunities versus 32% for high wellbeing.
