Repligen completes acquisition of BioLife Solutions for $11.25/share cash and stock

Repligen has finalized its acquisition of BioLife Solutions, a move that expands Repligen's presence in the cell and gene therapy tools sector. BioLife shareholders are to receive USD 11.25 in cash for each share they hold, along with 0.1442 shares of Repligen stock.
