Biovica launches rights issue targeting SEK 29.2 million

Biovica's board launched a rights issue of up to 97,303,733 B-shares, targeting about SEK 29.2 million before costs, following endorsement by an extraordinary general meeting. Subscription runs Oct. 7-21.
