Bioworld's Character World Brands buys Björna and CTI for European expansion

Character World Brands, a division of Bioworld, has acquired Danish home textiles specialist Björna and French company Chaulnes Textile Industries (CTI) to strengthen its European presence and capabilities for licensing and retail partners.
