Virtus Dividend, Interest & Premium Strategy Fund's tender offer was oversubscribed, with approximately 28,818,491 shares tendered. Accepted shares will be prorated at 99% of Net Asset Value (NAV), or $15.9192 per share, based on the Oct. 5, 2026 NAV. Final results are expected around Oct. 7, 2026.
