Potomac Bancshares names Lisa Kilgour EVP, chief operating officer

Potomac Bancshares appointed Lisa Kilgour executive vice president, chief operations officer to run operations strategy, systems, payments, card services, loan operations. Kilgour previously served as COO at MainStreet Bank for nine years, following more than 22 years in senior management at Middleburg Bank.
