BMW begins Leipzig plant logistics trial with hydrogen truck

BMW has started real-world testing of an 18-ton hydrogen combustion-engine truck in logistics operations at its Leipzig plant, aiming to reduce transport CO₂ emissions by using hydrogen in a piston engine and producing water vapor.
