Complete Financial Solutions signs LOI for Ai Arsenals stake

Complete Financial Solutions said its subsidiary Complete Defense Solutions signed a binding Letter of Intent to acquire a 9% stake in Ai Arsenals. The acquisition would be in exchange for CFS Series A Defense Preferred, subject to a 90-day due diligence period.
