Minor Hotels partners with Sobha Al Siniya for UAE resort

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas signed a deal with Sobha Al Siniya FZC to develop the Anantara Siniya Island Resort and branded residences, targeting a 2030 opening. The project will feature a 125-key hotel and 125 Anantara-branded residences on Sobha Siniya Island. Sobha Al Siniya FZC is a joint venture between Sobha Realty and Umm Al Quwain Properties, the emirate government’s real estate arm.
