Solstad Offshore to buy Normand Maximus for $125 mln in Oct 2027

Solstad Offshore plans to purchase the construction support vessel Normand Maximus in October 2027, exercising a bareboat charter purchase option for USD 125 million. The charter will conclude upon delivery, with ownership transferring at that time. The company intends to fund the acquisition through external debt financing.
