Global Battery Materials completes Lomiko Metals buyout for C$0.13/share

Global Battery Materials has acquired Lomiko Metals for C$0.13 per share in cash, taking 100% ownership with a total consideration of C$10.41 million. Lomiko is expected to be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange around Oct. 7, 2026.
