Rubico Inc. Closes MR Tanker SPV Deal, Secures 7-Year Charter

Rubico has completed the acquisition of a special purpose vehicle that holds a contract for a 47,499 dwt MR tanker set to be delivered in Q2 2029. The company has secured a 7-year time charter for the vessel from its delivery date, with an option for an additional 4 years. This deal potentially adds approximately $374.6 million in gross revenue backlog, assuming all options are exercised.
