Lomiko Metals acquired by Global Battery Materials for $0.13/share

Global Battery Materials completed its acquisition of Lomiko Metals, paying $0.13 per share in cash. Lomiko Metals will be delisted from the TSX-V on or about October 7, 2026, becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of GBM.
