Saudi Arabia's oil flows through its key East-West pipeline have reached 5.8 million barrels a day, according to Saudi Energy Minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman. This level was achieved as of Tuesday, following drone attacks that had forced a shutdown in mid-September.
