Vitec Software buys Dutch maternity care software provider AtermIT

Vitec Software Group is acquiring Dutch maternity care software provider AtermIT Holding and its subsidiaries for cash. AtermIT posted pro-forma revenue of EUR 3.2 million for the 2025 financial year and is expected to lift Vitec's earnings per share immediately.
