International Bancshares to Transfer Listing to Texas Stock Exchange

International Bancshares notified Nasdaq of its decision to voluntarily withdraw its listing and transfer to the Texas Stock Exchange (TXSE). Trading on Nasdaq is expected to cease after October 16, 2026, with trading on TXSE beginning October 19, 2026, under the ticker IBOC.
