CD&R, McKesson agree to buy Option Care Health for $32.05/share

CD&R and McKesson agreed to acquire Option Care Health for USD 32.05 per share, valuing the business at about USD 5.8 billion. CD&R will own about 51% at closing; McKesson will invest about USD 1.4 billion for about 49%. The deal implies a roughly 37% premium to Option Care Health’s Oct. 5, 2026 close.
